HOA Payments $125.00 Annually
For your convienience, we have provided multiple ways to pay your annual HOA maintenance fee. Your attention to a timely response at the first of each year is appreciated by all members within the community. Aradon HOA Board
We will mail a cover letter and invoice out in January. You have the option to mail your payment to 505 Brooke Lane, Odenville, AL 35120, OR drop it off in the secure mailbox on Lot 18.
OR
A QR Code has been provide for those who wish to pay using their cell phones and a credit card. Use your phone camera to scan the code, select the link, and it will take you to a secure "Square Processing System". Credit card charges of 3.3% + 30¢ apply for a total payment of $125.00 + $4.43 = $129.43
OR
You can also pay by credit or debit card. Click on the Square image and it will take you to a secure "Square Processing System" to use your visa, mastercard or debit card. Credit card charges of 3.3% + 30¢ apply for a total Payment of $125.00 + $4.43 = $129.43
The above referenced fee's associated with credit card charges are placed by "Square" and are not part of your Aradon HOA annual fee.
