Dear Residents:

As our community is growing and building out, we want to continue to promote a friendly neighborhood feeling. Having a Social Media Policy for homeowners who are members of Aradon FB will help each member to participate in best Social Media practices. Knowing the posting guidelines will help to ensure that no inappropriate post are made. The HOA officers objective is to maintain a friendly environment with a positive community experience. Most FB groups have Social Media Policies to promote and maintain a positive environment. Officer communications will always be distributed through our Aradon email and to facebook. This ensures each resident has the opportunity to get the updates. Administrators of the FB page are responsible to monitor and make sure all content is positive.

Residents with a concern on any issue may contact any officer.

The Aradon Farm Homeowners Association wants to promote a friendly, informative and enjoyable online experience for the members of its community. 

Content and comments containing any of the following are not permitted on our closed group page and will be removed immediately:

Profane, defamatory, offensive or violent language or content;

Personal attacks on individuals or specific groups;

"Trolling," or posting deliberately disruptive comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual or business;

Baiting comments for the purpose of eliciting negative responses; Advertising to promote personal business, products or brand.

Content determined to be inappropriate, in poor taste, or otherwise contrary to the purposes of this forum, in the sole discretion of the Aradon Farm Homeowners Association Officers.

Verification Process

You must be a registered homeowner with the Aradon Farm Homeowners Association or someone living with a registered homeowner in order to be considered for approval to access this page. This closed group page is not open to the public and non-members will be removed.

Content Management

Any posts in violation of these guidelines will be deleted. Content cleanup will be done periodically to delete old information and posts that are seemingly irrelevant to current topics.
